Owner of Mi-Mi Events

My love and organization for events came to me quite unexpectedly many years ago when I was first asked to organise a Christmas Party for 300 guests in Germany. The organizer had unexpectedly taken ill – no pressure! Most people would have been daunted and declined to take on this huge task especially being in a foreign country with only 3 weeks to go but I jumped at the chance. The event ended up being in a beautiful German castle which you accessed by a draw bridge and that night to add more ambience it even snowed. From then on after reciving all the feed back I was hooked! From this event came many more beautiful bespoke events including Summer Balls, Gala Dinners, Charity and even the odd sporting event.

After a few years I soon found myself back in the UK with a wealth of knowledge and a keen desire to open up my own events company – where Mi-Mi Events was born. Lots of people have asked me over the years where the company name came from and I simply explained events are all about the person that wants and event “Me” and so that’s what I base the whole process around.

I believe that anything is possible with a desire to exceed all expectations and create the most beautiful tailor made events to ensure your perfect day.
